Right of Admission: The right of admission is reserved by the Principal.
Application Process: Each student must submit a completed application form, duly filled in and signed by both the student and their parent/guardian. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Admission Confirmation: A student will not be considered duly admitted unless the admission is granted by the Principal and the required fees have been paid and received by the College.
Validity of Admission: Admission is valid only for one academic year and must be renewed every subsequent academic year by submitting a new application in the prescribed form.
Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional until the Enrolment Certificate, Final Eligibility Certificate, or Transference Certificate is submitted to the college.
A student qualifying for admission to a higher class will be admitted provided they submit a completed application in the prescribed form, along with the necessary fees, within a specified period. Admission is subject to availability of seats.
Employed Students: No employed student will be granted admission if they are unable to maintain the required attendance at lectures and tutorials, as per University Ordinance No. 119 and 125.
