Rules for Admission

Right of Admission: The right of admission is reserved by the Principal.

Application Process: Each student must submit a completed application form, duly filled in and signed by both the student and their parent/guardian. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Admission Confirmation: A student will not be considered duly admitted unless the admission is granted by the Principal and the required fees have been paid and received by the College.

Validity of Admission: Admission is valid only for one academic year and must be renewed every subsequent academic year by submitting a new application in the prescribed form.

Documents Required for First-Year Admission

• Original Mark-sheet of S.S.C. and H.S.C. or equivalent examination, along with two attested xerox copies.
• One attested xerox copy of the School Leaving Certificate.
• Prescribed fees in cash.
• A recent photograph (3 x 2.5 cm) to be affixed to the admission form in the provided space.
• Provisional Eligibility Certificate issued by the University of Mumbai (for students who have passed the H.S.C. exam from another state or university).
• An affidavit on Stamp Paper of Rs.100/- solemnly affirming that their mother tongue is Gujarati (Only for Minority Students).

Provisional Admission: Admission is provisional until the Enrolment Certificate, Final Eligibility Certificate, or Transference Certificate is submitted to the college.

Admission for Higher Classes

A student qualifying for admission to a higher class will be admitted provided they submit a completed application in the prescribed form, along with the necessary fees, within a specified period. Admission is subject to availability of seats.

Employed Students: No employed student will be granted admission if they are unable to maintain the required attendance at lectures and tutorials, as per University Ordinance No. 119 and 125.
